The Green Frog Studio

You all know that I've been a super crazy fan of Hambly Studios and American Crafts... I love love love them two! they came up with sooooo many amazing new products that I can't wait to get my hands on these little hot cakes!

and then a few pictures of Chicago! I loved this city, i like skyscrapers, it's clean, it's green, lots of flowers...and a HUGE Apple store where I can dream about my future iPhone! :D

Ok...here are my favorites at the show : KI Memories, Basic Grey, Love Elsie, Fontwerks et Making Memories! Oh and I almost forgot Zutter, whose owner was generous enough to give me one Bind-it-All to thank me for being a good translator! :) 

I simply LOVE all the new Fontwerks goodies !!!!!! OMG !!! The girls at the booth were adorable enough to give me some AWESOME stamps, THAKN YOU GIRLS! I'm SO gonna have fun with these! :)

KI Memories simply amazes me with their new stuff colors! STUNNING! simply my favorite color palette!

And Elsie just outdone herself with her new lines coming out soon...but...WHEN IS IT COMING OUT?!!! August???September???October??? What do we have to wait??? it's unfair! ;) want to play now! :)

Baic Grey has probably found the most talented designers for their new lines : simply stunning. I think I'm going buy the papers and hang them on my wall. Honestly. The thing is, they gave us those posters for the stores, but we forgot them in the Shuttle back to the airport. Can you say how FRUSTRATED I feel now?!! GRRRR!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE those scalloped papers from Making Memories!!! LOVE IT !

So??? how was CHA?!!!

Excellent of course! I had a blast, even though I missed some of my friends there : damn cell phones!

Michelle and Adrienne : I missed you guys! but I know we'll meet pretty soon!

ok so I finally met Elsie Flannigan! and you know what?!!! I LOVE THIS GIRL! we didn't get to talk for so long, because this girl was so busy (and I was too) but she was just the sweetest, prettiest, most adorable thing ever! I don't understand why people have been so mean to her, oh well yeah I know, they're jealous, because she's not only talented, she's a real sweet pie... I got a crush on her! :) she was my little miss sunshine of the show! thakn you dear for being so inspiring! :)

ok and here are my FAN moments! LOL

I met Tia Bennett who is a real sweetheart too, soooooo adorable!!! She took our order and I was too shy to introduce myself but she recognized my name and we hugged each other! hehehe!!! she's a doll! and so beautiful!

Then I met Kelli Crowe, who is the queen of freestyle, Breanne Crawford, one of our RDG DT members,...girl, even if we only spent a few hours together, I had a BLAST with you! You cracked me up! LOVE YOU!

I also met the incredible Jennifer Pebbles...omg...she's been one of my favorite scrappers all of time...this girl simply amazes me!

And I saw a couple of girls that I admire on the show but was too shy to say hi and ask for a picture! LOL Usually I'm not that shy but...oh well... :)

Montreal here I come! :)

I'm so happy and excited to announce that I will be the International Guest during the Salon Du Scrap in Montréal on October 12-13-14 2007!!!! :)

I'll teach classes using some Rouge de Garance products, will be talking during conferences about Mixed Media and my vision of scrapbooking, and doing make'n'takes on the Scrapmagie booth!

I miss Montreal. I used to live there for about 9 months, in 2004. Damien and I got back to France in a hurry because my sweet sister Barbara was very ill.

I don't regret moving back to France because this is where my home and family are, but I miss Montreal.

I miss walking around in Le Plateau and Mount Royal and seeing squirrels as big as my arm... :)

I miss going to my closest Couche-Tard deli to get my favorite Fruitopia drink...(yeah the one with the strawberries...yummmm...)

I miss taking the bus and metro to go teach my FIRST scrapbook classes at Scrapbook Centrale :)

I miss the cold...yeah...when your nose hair get freezed because it's freakin' cold outside and you can't run to warm up because you're gonna cough so hard! LOL

I was lucky enough to go back there for the first Scrap show last october with carole and laurent from RDG, but could only stay for 3 days...this time, I'll stay a couple extra days, to spend time with Montreal again :)

got back home!

hey everyone!

I got back from CHA yesterday afternoon and now I need to get used to a new jetlag! :D
It was SO much fun, got to meet fantastic scrappers I admire, friends, but I missed some and I'm sad!
But I'll write more about all this and post pictures this weekend : I'm leaving tomorrow for a 2-day getaway with Damien ! We're going to Carcassonne, a medieval city about 2 hours drive from here! I've always loved to do all of the cathare visits but never got the chance to !

here are a few pictures ! We're gonna spend some time together and get tons of pictures!
