Hi everyone! How are you? I’m so excited to share with you a cool and easy tip today how to alter Wood album cover! It will make any project look amazing.
I adore to create minialbums myself.
I love to play with different materials and create something lovely:)
These are the supplies you'll need to make this project :
Wood cover for your album ( my size is 16,5x21,5 cm)
Glimmer mist ( I’ve used the following colors: mustard seed, soft suede, tiger lily, sunflower)
Glimmer screen stencils (you can use punches shapes, chipboards, whatever you want)
Gesso
Brush
Heat gun
Chalk inks
Your favorite embellishments (I used leftovers of letters chipboards and stickers)
Now onto the fun part!
Add gesso to your cover and make it dry faster with heat gun.
Have fun using different colors of glimmer mists. Dry with heat gun as well.
Take a stencil, a mask, chipboards, punched shapes or whatever you can use as a mask to create a very cool design on your cover.
Paint with gesso on top of your mask and then dry with a heat gun.
Use chalk inks mixed with gesso with a sponge or cut'n'dry foams.
Scrap your cover then!
Enjoy!
Lory
