Hello everyone!
Today is my turn to bring you, hopefully, inspiration and ideas :)
I've been enjoying new products from my French friends Nathalie from la Pause Créative, and Valy, from Dame de Kit. These two ladies worked together to release this brand new products : assorted embellishments packs, both in fabric and wood, called Bois & Coton.! LOVE those!
So I wanted to use those cute Polaroids from the Bois & Coton line and all I can say is that I had so much fun!
Here are a few step-by-step instructions for you to create a fun and textured layout.
All you need to get started is Molding Paste, white cardstock and a gorgeous Pause Créative mask.
With an old credit card, apply Molding Paste to your background and let it dry.
Spray some beautiful and bright Mr Huey inks on your layout.
Add some water.
Dry with a heat gun.
Using a cut'n'dry foam, add some more pink ink all around your layout edges.
Add a third color to your background and make it dry faster with a heat gun.
Before mounting the fabric polaroid onto the wood, we're going to alter it :)
I used another Pause Créative mask and applied Molding Paste on the fabric.
Once it's dry, spray some more ink.
Ta-da! Here's my layout!
Both Polaroid wooden frames are embossed with Zing Apricot & Zing Grapefruit.
